Almond Butter and Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond butter, divided
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
A handful of chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not quick cooking!)
Optional Toppings: slivered almonds, berries, bananas, or almond butter
1. Spread almond butter onto the sides of two 8 oz mason jars.
2. Combine almond milk, chia seeds, and optional maple syrup into a large measuring cup and pour into mason jars.
3. Add 1/2 cup of oats into each jar. Mix together and press down, ensuring all the oats are coated. Cover with lid.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Top with desired toppings when ready to eat.
